Incentives for Businesses
- Businesses can earn a rebate of 25% of green roof costs up to $100,000 through the Green Roof Tax Credit.

- The Stormwater Management Incentives Program offers incentives and assistance to non-residential PWD customers. The SMIP grant will provide financial assistant to non-residential property owners who desire to build green stormwater infrastructure to manage private property runoff. The SMIP loan provides low-interest (1.00%) loans in the amount of $75,000 to $1,000,000 to assist non-residential customers to implement stormwater mitigation measures.
