Soak It Up, Philly! Philadelphia's streets are going green, imitating the way natural surfaces absorb stormwater runoff. The Soak It Up, Philly! celebrations—including ribbon cuttings, art activities, music, refreshments and more—will take place Thursdays during March and April to celebrate the city's newest Green Streets.
